Foundation provides listed-component coverage for major powertrain systems. Summit provides broader exclusionary-style protection for eligible original factory-equipped mechanical and electrical components, subject to the contract's exclusions, limitations and optional coverage requirements.

High-Mileage Options
Have an Older or High-Mileage Truck?
Don't assume your truck has too many miles to qualify. Vehicle Service Contract options may be available for eligible higher-mileage Class 6–8 commercial trucks.

An eligible covered breakdown can affect more than the repair itself. Apex Vehicle Service Contracts include additional benefits designed to help get the truck repaired and back on the road.
Rental Benefit
For an approved covered repair requiring six or more hours of labor, reimbursement may be available up to $75 per day, subject to the contract terms.
24/7 Roadside Assistance
Emergency roadside assistance is available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year in the United States, Canada and Puerto Rico, subject to program terms.
Towing
Roadside assistance includes towing benefits up to $400 per covered occurrence, subject to contract terms.
Trip Interruption
If a covered breakdown occurs more than 100 miles from home, eligible meal and lodging expenses may be reimbursed up to $150 per day for up to three days, subject to contract terms.
$0 Deductible Option
Eligible contracts may be available with a $0 per repair-visit deductible.
Labor Rate Options
Authorized labor is based on applicable program guidelines, with an optional posted labor rate benefit available.

Downtime Reimbursement
Optional downtime reimbursement may provide up to $500 per day for a maximum of 10 days for an eligible covered breakdown, subject to program terms.
Rental Truck Coverage
Optional rental reimbursement may provide up to $250 per day for a maximum of 10 days for an eligible covered breakdown, subject to program terms.
Trailer Coverage
Optional coverage can extend certain mechanical and electrical protection to an eligible trailer being pulled by the covered vehicle.
APU Coverage
Optional coverage may be available for qualifying Auxiliary Power Unit components.
Hydraulic Coverage
Optional coverage may be available for qualifying hydraulic cylinders, pumps, hoses and controls.
Refrigerated Box Coverage
Optional protection may be available for eligible refrigeration components and associated power-source equipment.
Brake Coverage
Optional coverage may extend to brake pads and rotors according to the contract terms.
Technology Coverage
Optional protection may be available for specified factory-installed technology components.
Wearable Coverage
Optional coverage may extend to certain belts, hoses, seals, gaskets and other specifically listed wearable components.

Road-Hazard Protection for Your Tires & Wheels
Commercial tires and wheels are expensive. Tire & Wheel Protection can help with eligible tire and wheel damage caused by covered road hazards such as potholes, rocks, metal, nails, glass and other roadway debris.

Trailer Coverage
Eligible tire and wheel protection can be extended to a trailer being pulled by the covered truck.
Cosmetic Wheel Repair
Optional protection may be available for qualifying cosmetic damage to OEM alloy wheels, subject to contract terms and limits.
Tire tread of 3/32" or less is excluded under the contract. Normal wear and tear is not covered.
